Welcome back again to Hope Premier League~
Registration is now officially open!
What to take note in signing up?
1) All team must have a team name, a club logo and at least one set of team jersey (minimum top with printed jersey numbers; Choice of jersey colour is on first-come-first serve basis via receipt of registration form with payment to organiser).
2) Closing date for registration and payment is 14 March 2010 (Sunday).
3) Registration fees of $150.00 per team to be paid by Cash or Cheque.
4) Cheque payment to be made payable to Hope Church (
5) Registration is deemed incomplete unless payment has been submitted.
6) Team Manager/Captain of each team will be part of the Hope Premier League Organising Committee.
7) Each team is required to submit the following to complete the registration:
- Team Registration Form
- Individual Indemnity Form (Number of copies must tally with number of players)
- Registration Fee of $150 per team (regardless with number of players)
8) Registration forms should be submitted in hard copies to the HPL Organiser. Please contact League Organiser (Desmond or Esmond) when you are ready to submit your application.
